Our Personal Support & Home Care Services team support people across Queensland with spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities so that they can live the life they choose.

The role in:
As well as sharing our client’s daily activities, you will also work closely with our client in their own home. You'll assist with a range of personal daily activities such as:
- Foremost to be a companion / lifestyle support person for our clients in their homes.
- Assist with housework, meal preparation and other light domestic assistance.
- Community access as required by the clients ie – appointments, shopping
- Shifts are generally 3-4 hours between 10am – 5:30pm depending on the clients
- The hourly rate is currently inclusive of a location allowance.
What do we need from you? Our Successful support workers are:
- Genuinely interested in supporting our clients live a full and active life.
- Sensitive and adaptable to clients' different personalities, cultural backgrounds and family/house dynamics.
- Genuine, reliable workers with inherent integrity and respect for individual choice and client confidentiality.
You'll also need to:
- Either have a current blue and yellow card or be able to apply for an NDIS workers screen + Blue card.
- Must have a current driver licence, own vehicle and smartphone device
- Complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Certificate given on Completion!)
