Our client is an established and well-known financial group. They are a stable platform and now looking for an experienced sales with strong business development ability to lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and drive sales achievement for retail brokerage business;
- Formulate sales strategies for maximizing profitability of retail brokerage business;
- Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget plan, and be responsible for achieving planned sales targets;
- Implement strategies to attract and retain new Account Executives in order to expand client base and market share;
- Conduct market research / analysis and collect up-to-date market intelligence that will benefit the growth of brokerage business;
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant business development experience in retail brokerage industry with proven sales track record;
- Possess all necessary SFC licenses for carrying out brokerage and other regulated activities;
- Highly familiar with external rules and regulations governing brokerage business;
- Strong leadership, management and coordination skills;
- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese language skills including Mandarin
