Qikfix Limited, a leading construction company specializing in construction projects and services, is seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Construction Workers. As a Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of our projects.
Responsibilities:

Take apart or construct mobile scaffolding, bracing and erecting frames and other temporary structures for the construction site.
Dig holes for fences and deck structures and prepare for house and shed foundations.
Operate equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites.
Follow instructions from construction project managers and supervisors.
Load and unload building materials.
Clean the construction site by removing hazardous materials and debris.
Assist craft workers, such as carpenters or electricians, with their duties if needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a construction worker or in a similar role is preferred but not madatory.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus but not a must. Should have a learning attitude
Good team-worker and communication skills.
