Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities.Analyze value and returns.
Oversight of transaction due diligence.
Manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders regarding financial requirements.
Develop and manage financial models for feasibility studies.
Design and develop financial reports.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business Administration.
Previous experience in a similar role in the same industry or corporate finance experience in leading consulting firms or investment banks covering the same industry.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Results-oriented and organized. Efficiently prioritize and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
