Your Responsibilities
Meister is growing – and we need your expertise to drive our journey to success. As a Senior Developer in our Accounts team, you’ll technically plan, structure and develop high-impact tasks: bringing our product portfolio into a new phase of growth.
Alongside an international and diverse team of developers, you will craft clean, well-tested code, tackling complex security issues and bugs. As an active contributor in our agile ceremonies, your vital feedback will guide our continual improvement. Got what it takes? What Makes You Special
Experience with web frameworks. You know your way around the back-end with Ruby on Rails or similar.
DBMS expertise. You have good experience with MySQL or other DBMSs such as MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Infrastructure experience. Your knowledge of IT infrastructure helps us provide a competitive edge in the market. Docker and Kubernetes are welcome.
API credentials. You know how to build and maintain modern API infrastructure (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, etc.)
Experience with modern front-end solutions. You know a thing or two about React, Hotwire/Stimulus, etc.
Mentor and coach. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and raising the bar for your team.
Growth credentials. You have experience in growth projects and know how to play your part in scaling a business.
Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better. Experience in leading project teams is very welcome!
