We are seeking a skilled Project Manager-Process Optimization to join our shared services team and support optimization initiatives across the Nimbyx group of companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing technology or design-related processes and managing process improvement projects from identification through to implementation.

Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Partner with business owners to identify process improvement opportunities across multiple departments and businesses.
- Analyze data to identify trends and root causes; develop and implement strategies to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop project plans, and manage project timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on technology, manufacturing, or design.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects from identification through to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
